"Driver was rude and something felt off"
The order itself was fine, but the delivery driver really put me off. He seemed annoyed from the moment I opened the door and kept rushing me like I was wasting his time. Also, I’m not totally sure, but the total felt a bit higher than I expected, so I’m wondering if there was some hidden fee I missed. Overall, just a disappointing experience

"Decent service, but a bit slow for the money"
I had to get in touch with Eurocell about an order, and the service was fine overall. The person I spoke to was polite and seemed like they were trying to help, so I can’t really fault them for that.
The only frustrating bit was how long it took to get a clear answer, especially when you’re paying a fair amount and just want things sorted without chasing. It did get resolved in the end, but it wasn’t as quick or smooth as I’d hoped, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Pretty straightforward trade credit setup"
I set up a trade credit account with Eurocell and it was all fairly painless. The terms were clear enough, the invoices made sense when I looked through them, which I always appreciate because some places make that stuff feel way more complicated than it needs to be. It could’ve been a bit quicker getting everything sorted, but overall it was decent and did the job.

Ordered from eurocell.co.uk and it all arrived in good shape. I’m not usually that bothered about packaging, although apparently I am because I still checked the box over before opening it. It was solid, no dents or torn corners, and everything inside was perfect. The delivery box looked like it had been looked after too, which is always a nice surprise. Nothing exciting really, but in a good way. Would happily use them again.

"Way more choice than I expected"
I was surprised how much there was to choose from on Eurocell. Compared to other places I’ve used before, it was much easier to find the trims and little bits I needed without wasting loads of time. There were plenty of sizes and colours too, which made the job a lot simpler. I’d definitely use them again...

I was on eurocell.co.uk looking up a few bits and ended up checking the warranty section while I was there. It took me a little bit of clicking around, but nothing frustrating, and the information was laid out in a way that made sense. Some parts probably could’ve been trimmed down a bit, since it does go on in places, but I did find what I needed in the end. The warranty details were clear enough about what’s covered and how long it lasts, so overall I’d say it was good

This branch is so easy for me to get to, right off the main road, and parking was simple too. I just popped in, got what I needed, and was back out in no time. It might seem like a small thing, but having somewhere this handy really does make a difference. it left me feeling relieved and grateful that the whole visit was so stress-free.

Ordered a few bits from Eurocell and the delivery did turn up on the day they said it would, so no complaints there. The driver was decent as well, which I appreciated. The only thing that let it down a bit was trying to get a response beforehand, I felt a bit ignored when I had a question. Overall though, the order arrived fine and I’d probably use them again.

"Measure properly or you’ll regret it"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering window trim from Eurocell: measure everything twice before you buy. I did that, placed the order, and thankfully it turned up spot on. No messing about, it fitted first time. But if your measurements are off, I can see this being a proper headache.

I checked eurocell.co for a few bits I needed, and as I kind of expected, most of it was showing in stock, which was handy. One item wasn’t available at my nearest branch, but I found it at another one not too far away, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was straightforward, though I did assume the local branch would have a bit more available.

I used Eurocell to look for a few trim and guttering bits, and compared to some other DIY/building sites I’ve used, it was straightforward. The search actually brought up what I was after, and the product pages had the details I needed without me having to dig around too much.

Checkout was simple as well, which I always appreciate because some sites make that part feel harder than it should be. Stock and delivery options were clear, and overall it felt quicker and less faffy than a lot of similar places. I’d use it again.
