Good Service by the man on the country.

Having been an account customer and the branch telling me I was there 2nd best customer. However time and time again I had damaged Windows, orders not processed, emails not responded to causing delays. Telling lies about window remakes and getting the original windows as per dates on frames and glass. Refused after a year to pay account owing 15000, but they have cost me over this in replacement Windows.
Contacted by solicitors told me to pay or a ccj against my company would be placed, paid 5000 and hoped to do a deal, but no, I now have a ccj against my company which doesn't help. When I first complained I was asked to email all pictures of all faults. That gentleman was released by the company. This company just wants your money at any costs. Don't care about anyone they cripple along the way. Alot of people ask me about this company and I tell them to go else where. I'm now working with another company who is now starting to buy from where I'm buying from . I hope they go down the pan.
We could have resolved this earlier but I feel what the hell, they can have 100 a month and wait for there money.

Unprofessional and almost no response from the company. Someone contacted me from the company with an apology for delays due to short staff and later on he disappeared too. Don't want to deal with such lousy company moving forward.

Ordered online for skirting to be delivered from Sunderland store at Leechmere then went to shop to order some plastic trim. Lad on counter was very friendly and helpful, he added them on to my previous order for delivery. Surprisingly to me when I got home 40 minutes later the delivery was at my home. The driver was helpful with the drop off and super friendly. Definitely use you again. Thank you.

Goods delivered within 24hrs, free delivery. Polite and helpful driver. Eco composite fence panels just what's needed as wooden ones keep blowing out.

Really good company to deal with, Robin was on hand to answer any questions we had at any time of day just a text away. He was really friendly and approachable and really helped us to choose exactly the right garden room for us :) thank you! Ordered some items for a job I had booked in, found their website easy found what I needed, excellent price, and delivery was crazy fast. Deffo recommended.

Visited the Eurocell branch in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. Needed some edging strips to finish off the inside of the window frames. The staff were extremely helful, gave me advice on the best product to stick the edging to the wall against the window frame.

ordered what i needed and had an email almost immediatly to say it was ready the storeman even put my order in the car, the prices are good compared to other outlets, will use eurocell when ever i need upvc,great service
